    Currently, only 'Pending' and 'Done' statuses are available in Publication Hub. To manage manual creation tasks in detail, we need the ability to define arbitrary statuses for Publication Hub.

  • Add function to export data registered in Publication Hub

    Please consider to enhance Publication Hub to be able to export data registered in it into an Excel file. When exporting data from the Publication Hub, it is desirable to have the option to export all jobs or only the jobs assigned to a login user.

    When a file is attached to a topic (non-dita resource), it cannot be opened from Draft Space to verify that is it the correct document attached. We would like at least standard filetypes (xlsx, pptx, docx, pdf...) to be possible to open in a new browser...

  • Add a "Copy as xref" to the context menu

    It is rather time-consuming to create crossref. For a user, it would be useful to have a Copy to crossref function available in the context menu on map level in publication manager. He or she only has only to paste it (Ctrl-v) in the XML editor.

    If a user has read/write access at the language level, that user can delete the language object before it's added to a publication. My suggestion is to enhance the administrative abilities to better dictate the user role allowed to delete objects.
