Add QA checking to TM maintenance

To help clean up TMs, it would be beneficial to have QA tools within the TM maintenance view. This would enable us clean and maintain or TMs to ensure there are no bad entries, especially from legacy TMs.

We are investigating TM cleanup tools. Ideally we'd be able to do this cleanup in TE and not externally. Any updates?
