&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="user-name"&gt;Firstly, the certifications have been moved on the RWS University platform since last year. They cannot be accessed from the RWS account anymore.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="user-name"&gt;Secondly, the orders are for Trados 2024, I have emailed you from the education inbox and explained what should happen when a student applies for the Certifications from the website.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="user-name"&gt;From my investigations, the email you used to request them is different from the email you used to contact us. Please reply to my email. Or make sure you are using the correct email address. When a student applies for the Certifications bundle, the student is emailed an invite to join RWS University platform and other emails to enroll to the Certifications. If the email address is not valid, you won&amp;#39;t receive these emails.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If your university is in the Academic Program, they should also have Trados 2024 installers and the professor is the one to provide the installer to the students.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, the professor is the one who needs to add the students to Trados Team so they can accept the invite and then be able to Login and access Trados Studio.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Where did you get the installer for Trados 2022?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

However, I would like to add that perhaps it did not work because my teacher could only send the invitation last Sunday. He was unable to send it when I first wrote to you about the error because he was having problems with his email. Within 48 hours, I did not receive or accept the request. What should I do? Could you give me another 48 hours? My teacher and I have discussed it, and he is aware of the situation. &lt;p&gt;I am having some problems activating my Trados license. I am a university student, and my professor gave me an activation key for my course. But when the email arrived, I clicked on the &amp;ldquo;Accept invitation&amp;rdquo; button, logged into my account, and saw this error (see first screenshot). And in Trados itself, it says that I&amp;#39;ve already activated my subscription, but I have another problem on the&amp;nbsp;notification bar (see&amp;nbsp;second screenshot).
