Hi there. I'm a student at the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya). I'm trying to access my certification exams but I cannot. I checked everything and I cannot find the problem. The order was made correctly. I've also conatcted support. What can I do?

Problems activating my Trados license

Hello,

I am writing with some unpleasant news: the problem has not been resolved. When I log in to my teacher's request to join and enter my username and password, I receive the same error (see first screenshot). However, I would like to add that perhaps it did not work because my teacher could only send the invitation last Sunday. He was unable to send it when I first wrote to you about the error because he was having problems with his email. Within 48 hours, I did not receive or accept the request. What should I do? Could you give me another 48 hours? My teacher and I have discussed it, and he is aware of the situation. If not, are there other options to resolve the issue?

Problems activating my Trados license

Hello!

I am having some problems activating my Trados license. I am a university student, and my professor gave me an activation key for my course. But when the email arrived, I clicked on the “Accept invitation” button, logged into my account, and saw this error (see first screenshot). And in Trados itself, it says that I've already activated my subscription, but I have another problem on the notification bar (see second screenshot). And when I tried to sign into cloud account I have this problem (see the last screenshot)

Error in Level 2 Certification

I am a student and have already obtained my Level 1 certification. I would like to take Level 2, but when I click “start exam,” I get this error:

"500 - Internal server error.

Missing Generic NMT in Cloud-based Resources

Hello,

I’m currently working through my Level 2 Workbook, and unfortunately, the Generic NMT option is missing from the Cloud-based Resources (please see the screenshot below). I’ve updated both Trados (2024 version) and the relevant plug-ins, but nothing seems to work. I also tried following some of the advice shared in the forums here, but without any luck.

Do you have any tips on how to proceed? Thank you!

I am a student from University of Padova, I was filling the form to receive my free certification bundle for Trados Studio 2024 - level 1, I did but then at Checkout it would show an error in my name even though I filled it correctly . I tried to fill the form again but did not receive any more emails and I don't know what to do. can u help me?

Problem with subscription activation

I have a Trados Team Subscription through my University and I'm using Trados Studio 2022. When I open Trados to translate and I select my University's account, to which my profile is linked, I'm not given the option to Activate the subscription. It just says that the subscription has expired and the Activate button doesn't show. I've already tried logging in and logging out from my profile and I've visited the account linked to the Subscription (my University's account), but this problem keeps coming up. In the last few days I've had this problem but in the end I was always able to activate the subscription. Today I'm not able to do it. Is there a way to solve this?

How can I access the Student Certifications?

Hello,

I hope this post is in the right group as it's not exactly about the community, but also not particular to a product of the Trados suite.

I am currently enrolled in Masters of Translation and have access to Trados 2024. I was able to download the Student Certification package in my account, and can see everything listed in the Education tab.

However, when I try to start an exam,I am met with an error 500:

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

It seems I am unable to access the exams. I am looking to give more weight to my internship applications, especially for EU institutions, where the deadline is in a few weeks. Is there any other way for me to start the exams in a timely manner?

I'm seeking help with the Trados Studio 2022 Certification Exam and the SDL Trados Studio 2021 for Project Managers.

I've tried several times on the training platform, but I still cannot proceed. Here's the error message I receive when I try to start the exam:

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Since I'm hoping to get the Certification as soon as possible, is there any way I can access the exam?

my subscription has been cancelled

Hello.

I am a student that did his year abroad last academic year. While in Spain one of my teachers suggested trados as an useful tool to work with so I created an school account to use. As this only last 6 months, it was deactivated and I am trying to keep using the program but I am not sure how to do it. Anyone could please guide me on this? Do I need to cancel this account and created a new one or is it possible just to change the details and by a new subscription?

Any information will be very helpful.

In June, I was awarded a Trados top student free license. I received the certificate but I haven't received any license. I created a new account in June with the information that my teacher provided you with, but when I log in now, there is no trace of a license.

What should I do?

Hello!

I had posted a question in the Trados Studio forum, but it was moved to the Technical questions section of the students' area.

I notice that this area receives very little traffic, so my question has almost no visibility.

Unfortunately, unless I get my question resolved, I cannot proceed any further with the Trados Studio 2022 Level 1 eLearning course. That's because each new section builds on the previous one. So I am currently stuck.

This is extremely unfortunate, because I spent quite a lot of money to obtain this course. It seems quite unfair if I am unable to post my question somewhere additionally, where I am more likely to get an answer.

While browsing the questions in the student section, I noticed one man's question did not receive an answer for several months. I don't have that kind of time. It's already been two days that I've been stalled in my work.

Can I ask the same question with different wording in another forum?

If not, where else can I find the help I need?

Problem with purchase / GETTING STARTED for free for Students

I am a student at UNIVERISTY OF PADOVA, and i should be allowed to get a free exam shot to try the test for etting Stardted certification. Once I click on "proceed to check out" nothing happens, so i can't take the exam. Do you know why? Thanking in advance
