Trados Team -Generate Package for review in Trados Studio - No TM/TB

My students have Trados Team and they will translate a file and Download a package for me to mark their Assessment in Studio.

I have altered the workflow so that they can Generate offline packages.

However when I open a test package generated by me in Teams in Studio, it is missing the TM and TB. Are they downloaded as local resources or are they accessed in the Cloud? How can I check that the students have correctly generated the TB/TM and it is part of the Package?

Studio version: Trados Studio 2024 - 18.0.2.3255

Teams version: latest Cloud version at eu.cloud

Trados 2024 and Windows Server 2019 not accessing the cloud

Some of my students can't seem to access the trados cloud while using trados 2024 (using Apple Remote Desktop and Windows Server 2019). Other seems to access it just fine on the same configured server.
The error message is "Trados Studio cannot access the cloud platform. Check the firewall and time settings on your computer then try again."
Thoughts?

I was also wondering if 2024 supports Windows Server 2022 now. (Trados 2022 did not.) If so, we could upgrade it and see if that fixes things.

I am a professor of translation technology at a higher education institution and we have an academic partnership with RWS. I teach the use of Language Cloud/Trados Enterprise and Trados Studio so I would like my students and myself to become certified.

Once you (a University or other place for higher learning) have become an Academic Partner, or if you (a student) attend a University that is an Academic Partner you will have access to the forums in the Professors and Student groups. But if you have some questions about what we do before any of that we wanted to make sure you had somewhere to ask in addition to the contact forms on our website.

So feel free to ask anything. If you're in the wrong place we'll make sure your post goes to the right place, and if your questions are intended for our academic programme we'll answer them here!

Adding fellow professors to Academic Partners Professors Group

Hello,

we would need to add all professors who use Trados in their classes to the Academic Partners Professors Group to enable them to see all posts, ask questions and learn from the community. At the moment only 2 Administrators can do that.

Whom do we need to contact?
