Hello,

I need someone to help me.

I keep getting this:

Error 401 - Unauthorized

Sorry, your request could not be processed.

I can't login, support is not getting back to me, been a month now [emoticon:ca08b2c27c2f40e993e89508acf29e0b]

I never got a Welcome to workzone mail, but I keep getting mails that I need to complete my workzone, but I can't login!

The error message you mentioned (“Error 401 – Unauthorized” and the “Welcome to Workzone” email) does not appear to come from any of our training platforms, so it’s a bit unclear which system is blocking your access.

👉 If your issue is related to access to training (for example, an eLearning platform or training portal), please contact our training team at Learn@rws.com and include the following information:

Which training platform or course you are trying to access
The URL you are using, if possible
One or more screenshots showing where you get the error message

This will help us quickly understand what’s happening and guide you to the right solution.

👉 If this is not related to training, then this post may have been created in the wrong community area. In that case, you might want to try posting your question in a product‑related community (for example, for the specific RWS product or system you’re using), where the appropriate support or product experts can assist you.

End of August, an email invitation has been sent to you to ask you to join the RWS University, where you will be able to find all your Trados 2024 certification exams. If your students have requested a Student certification bundle via their RWS account, they will have received an invitation too.

If you cannot find this email invitation or have difficulties logging in to the RWS University, please contact the training team at learn@rws.com or the education team, responsible for the Academic program, at education@rws.com.

Trados Studio 2024 - Certifications forAcademic licences

Dear RWS education team,

Passing the level 1 of the Trados Certification is part of my CAT tool classes.

I can only access the 2022 series in my Education space under RWS ID, although I have filled the 2024 form several times during the summer.

Any explanation? How can I make sure that my students and myself can access the 2024 series.

Certification Issue - Trados Studio 2022 Level 1

Hi,

I have just passed the Trados Studio 2022 Level 1 exam on the RWS University portal.

However, when I log in to my RWS account and navigate to Support & Education > Education,

the "Start Exam" button next to Trados Studio 2022 is still active, as if the exam hasn't been completed.

Also, could you please let me know where I can find the URL for the 2022 Level 1 certification?

I was only be able to locate the 2024 version.

Yes indeed, once your certification will be transferred to OOS, you will gain access to the URL to post on ProZ. Please note that the field on ProZ is not mandatory to create an account. Kind Regards, Caroline

Regarding the URL, it was requested when I tried to add the certification to my profile on ProZ.com.
The instruction reads:

URL should be like www.rws.com/.../999999 or oos.sdl.com/.../index.asp

I was wondering if this is related to what you mentioned earlier - that the results will be transferred to my RWS account within a few weeks.

Congratulations on successfully passing your Trados Studio Level 1 exam! You can now download your badge and certificate from the RWS Uni portal. Your results will be transferred to your RWS account within a few weeks. Please note that even if the exam button remains active, it will not allow you to retake the exam on your RWS account. Could you kindly clarify what you mean by the URL for the 2022 Level 1 certification and how it relates to the URL for the 2024 version? Thank you!

Please note that the post-editing certification exam is no longer available on the OOS platform. To access this course, please register your account on this portal:

https://mylxexternalportal.rws.com/users/sign_up and you will have the possibility to access the course via the Catalogue.

Good morning. When I tried to do my exams, I had the same 500 error. Then, I was told that I should do it on a different link from an email that was sent to me, but my exams simply do not appear on that site. I am not sure if I should just wait for them.

Trados Studio 2022 Level 2 Certification Exam

Hi, this morning I passed the Trados Studio 2022 Level 2 certification through the Rws University portal. I managed to download the badges, but when I try to log in again to the portal, it doesn't show that I have passed the certification, on the contrary it gives me the option to try again. Could it be that due to a connection problem the certification has not been saved (even though I have downloaded the badges)?

Hello, if you are talking about the Trados Studio elearning on the RWS University, you will be able to find the workbook and sample files in the Resources section. Start your course and then click on Resources in the top-right corner of any of the modules. Has anyone been able to take this course (https://www.trados.com/training/certification-post-editing-machine-translation/)? When I try to access it, it takes me to the MyLX External Portal. If I try to register a new account, it says the email is already taken, and if I try to enter with my RWS University email and password, I get "Login failed".
