I can't login, support is not getting back to me, been a month now 😞

I never got a Welcome to workzone mail, but I keep getting mails that I need to complete my workzone, but I can't login!

Dear RWS education team,

Passing the level 1 of the Trados Certification is part of my CAT tool classes.

I can only access the 2022 series in my Education space under RWS ID, although I have filled the 2024 form several times during the summer.

Any explanation? How can I make sure that my students and myself can access the 2024 series.

Certification Issue - Trados Studio 2022 Level 1

Hi,

I have just passed the Trados Studio 2022 Level 1 exam on the RWS University portal.

However, when I log in to my RWS account and navigate to Support & Education > Education,

the "Start Exam" button next to Trados Studio 2022 is still active, as if the exam hasn't been completed.

Also, could you please let me know where I can find the URL for the 2022 Level 1 certification?

I was only be able to locate the 2024 version.

Trados Studio 2022 Level 2 Certification Exam

Hi, this morning I passed the Trados Studio 2022 Level 2 certification through the Rws University portal. I managed to download the badges, but when I try to log in again to the portal, it doesn't show that I have passed the certification, on the contrary it gives me the option to try again. Could it be that due to a connection problem the certification has not been saved (even though I have downloaded the badges)?

Has anyone been able to take this course (https://www.trados.com/training/certification-post-editing-machine-translation/)? When I try to access it, it takes me to the MyLX External Portal. If I try to register a new account, it says the email is already taken, and if I try to enter with my RWS University email and password, I get "Login failed".

Access denied to my third attempt at Certification Level 3

I am writing because I can´t access my third attempt at Certification Level 3. It appears the following message: " Unfortunately you are no longer permitted to launch this module. If you feel that this is in error, please contact your administrator."

I think that it is a mistake because only I have only made two attempts. Could I have access to my third attempt?

Trados exams do not appear in RWS University

Good morning. When I tried to do my exams, I had the same 500 error. Then, I was told that I should do it on a different link from an email that was sent to me, but my exams simply do not appear on that site. I am not sure if I should just wait for them.

I am currently working on obtaining the Trados Studio 2022 certification as part of the RWS training and certification program.
Unfortunately, I am unable to start the certification exam due to a persistent technical issue.

Context:

I am attempting to take the Trados Studio 2022 Certification Exam (Level 1) on the RWS certification platform (oos.sdl.com).
Successfully completing this certification is an important milestone for me, and I am eager to progress.

The Issue:

Every time I click the "Start Exam" button, the following error message appears:

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

This error prevents me from starting the exam entirely.

Steps I’ve Tried:

Accessing the platform using different web browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox).
Clearing my browser cache and cookies.
Attempting to access the exam at various times of the day.

Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved.

What I Expected:

I expected the certification exam interface to load successfully after clicking "Start Exam," allowing me to proceed with answering the questions.

My RWS account hasn’t been updated to reflect my newly achieved certificates. I found some answers regarding this issue in the forum, and I understand that it needs to be resolved, which may take some time.

Due to the 500- internal server error, I took the certification test for Trados 2022 Lv.2 through the RWS university.

I passed with a score of 84%, and I was wondering whether I could update this certificate on the education page of the RWS account website.

Hi, I was just trying to take the exam for the Trados 2022 level 2 certification exam, which turned out to only give out an error response.

I would like to know when I would be able to take the exam normally, and according to an previous response at the community I remember that you can enroll the users in the Trados Studio Certifications 2022 through an alternative platform. I would like to know how.

Today, I tried to take the exam for the Trados Studio 2022, Level 2.

Unfortunately, that was impossible, as the following message appeared on the screen.

What also astonished me, was the fact that I saw on the screen that I had only one attempt left, while I was not able to take the exam at all.

I would be grateful if you could let me know how to proceed next, in order to sit the exams.

There are no activated items under Support & Education < Education.

Can't find the Post-Editing Certification

I can't see and purchase the Post-Editing Certification on the products page: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/promotion.aspx?PromotionCode=sdl-certification-exam even though I clicked Purchase Exam in the previous certification page. Is it removed?

Also, I would like to ask. I had a certification titled RWS Post-Editing Certification but the certificate is a downloadable document and it is not displayed in the education page in sdl.com. The certificate I got can be found in https://mylxexternalportal.rws.com/. Is this a different one. Can't I display it on the sdl.com education page? Why is it a different site?

Sorry if my questions are stupid. I appreciate any help and clarification.
