I&amp;#39;ve tried reinstalling Trados, updating, changing the OS version (Win10 and Win11) and even tried on another computer, but nothing solves the problem.&lt;/p&gt;

I tried this workaround &lt;a href="https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&amp;sysparm_article=KB0040075"&gt;gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge&lt;/a&gt;, but unfortunately it did not work. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Studio and Multiterm, but the message still pops up and I cannot open the program. The same thing happens with Studio 2017 that I still have on my computer. Any suggestions?&lt;/div&gt;
