Offboarding for unknown reason.

I have been working on Diamond since September 2025 without any issues and have enjoyed the tasks. My rating is over 2.7 and I was selected as an Auditor, passing the tests and performed the role for a solid 3 months.

I also did the recent quiz for a high priority task, passed and was sent an email congratulating me.

A few days ago I received the same offboarding email as some others did with:

Being offboarded from the project means you will no longer be able to continue working on it. Please note that no additional explanation will be provided, and the decision is final with no review or appeal process.

Without any further explanation or reason I find this highly unprofessional. At first I thought maybe a glitch but as I know my task quality was good and I diligently recorded my exact hours worked, I can't think of a valid reason to have been kicked out.

I would really appreciate some feedback.

I was put into a new project and moved from the diamond project on multimango to parimango. My tasks page still says there are no tasks.... how long is this going to take for the tasks to start up?

I keep receiving this error when trying to generate in Furniture Removal Multiturn. I skipped an image to see if that was the problem and masked various objects, but it continues to appear.

Is there anything I can do on my end to bypass or fix this?

I am very confused about how I get paid for the work I am doing and I haven't seen clear answers anywhere, so that has brought me here.

Currently, I am doing batches for the Google CS AskMaps project. I do not see this on the contact form to be able to email support to ask about this. How do I submit my hours for this project? How do I get paid for it?

If anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be very much appreciated!

Urgent: Invoice Not Received (13–27 March) – No Response for 15 Days

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to bring to your attention that I have still not received my payment invoice for the period from 13th to 27th March. It has now been over 15 days, and I have not received any update or response.

I have already sent multiple emails and raised support requests, but unfortunately, there has been no reply so far. I have also been regularly submitting my entries and completing all required tasks properly during the project, with no issues from my side.

This delay is quite concerning, especially as there has been no communication or information provided regarding my invoice or payment status.

I kindly request you to please look into this matter urgently and provide:

- The current status of my invoice

- The expected timeline for invoice generation and payment

- Confirmation if there is any issue from my side

I sincerely request your support in resolving this issue at the earliest. I would really appreciate a prompt response.

I enter the correct username and password but I get the message

"Couldn't sign you in

Give it a moment and try again"

Is it down?

How can I resolve this issue. Any suggestion.

I had been working on the Diamond Project since last October. I ran into all kinds of errors when many times when submitting tasks. I do think there should be some way to not just get offboarded with no explanation, but we should be able to explain if something happened. My rating wasn't bad.

Hello, I was invited to work on the Diamond project on the Multimango platform. I have been working on the platform for about 2 months, I started off at a rating of 2 then went up to 3 around 2 weeks ago. I followed all guidelines triple checked my work made sure I had everything following the guidelines for each task. I even took my time with each task. I really enjoyed working the tasks that were assigned to me. However, I recieved an email today stating that I was being offboarded from the project without any reasons why, and I quote "

Being offboarded from the project means you will no longer be able to continue working on it. Please note that no additional explanation will be provided, and the decision is final with no review or appeal process.

Regardless of what your status may show in the client tool, this email serves as the final notice that your participation in the project has ended. The reasons displayed for the ‘unapproved’ status in the platform do not reflect the actual conditions of the offboarding. They should not be considered as the cause of the status, and access to the platform for this project will be permanently restricted."

I am not understanding why management is not giving critical critism for those that apparently have done something wrong and then not give any explanation as to why supplier is wrong or what they were doing wrong. That is something extremely important for the people working on these projects to learn and grow from the mistakes that are being submitted. I as a manager myself do not expect my team to automatically know what is being done wrong without some explanation of what is wrong and show how to correct the issue.

If anyone can tell me anything about the issue and help me start working again. This was food money for my children and provided gas to get back and forth from my other job. It's really a shame that the management team thinks that this type of behaviour is of high quality when it isn't professional nor does it benefit the workers having to be denied this way. How do they correct their mistakes without being shown what they are doing wrong?

Hi, this happened to me last time as well. They sent an email saying it was an error and that I could continue working. Now I’ve just received the same offboarding message again, and I hope it’s another mistake from the team.

Could you please tell me if you also see your status marked as unapproved in Multimango? Thanks.

Thank you for the reply, Paul. It's very disappointing to know Kaden posted as an employee. I thought there might be a chance of working again, as Kaden had said my case was going to be escalated internally, since I have no idea why I was dropped.

I received an email after not being able to "sync" as I was told by a Zendesk reply that I am now offboarded. I don't think it is very professional that we are not even able to speak with anyone about the decision and or why it was made. I am really disappointed. I had to back off from working as often in the past 3 weeks as I had family business arise that I had to take care of and some included traveling. I really wish we could speak to a human about the reasoning behind the offboarding because I still had tasks.

Mistakes happen. In this case the user is posting as if he/she is an RWS employee. He/she doesn't represent RWS in any way. So the users ability to post has been withdrawn.

I saw the message you sent and then it was withdrawn. Considering all messages are reviewed first if it were not legitimate why was it approved?

I had several tasks that would time out before I could submit them. I was having issues with the Challenging Image task and Rendering image task, when I would submit my response it would give me an error message stating "This task did not belong to you." or the other message stating "Task timed out go back to your dashboard of avaiable tasks." That may have something to do with it. However, come to think of it when the system would time out it should have automatically sent me the offboarding or under review message just for that reason but the system never did put my account under review up until now. Which still doesn't make sense either because the night before my account went under review I completed all tasks I had been doing at the time. I wasn't on the platform for a long time only about 2 hours working on the platform before I had to log out.

I feel the same way. My score also had gone up and was just approved for a new task after a quiz. I had to travel and my work was sparse for several weeks because of family things that had to be handled. I wondered if maybe since one time most recently my laptop didn't close right and it left me open on a task then later I found it caused me to be timed out of a task.
