Please note that no additional explanation will be provided, and the decision is final with no review or appeal process.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Without any further explanation or reason I find this highly unprofessional. At first I thought maybe a glitch but as I know my task quality was good and I diligently recorded my exact hours worked, I can&amp;#39;t think of a valid reason to have been kicked out.&lt;/p&gt;

I really enjoyed working the tasks that were assigned to me. &lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt;I am not understanding why management is not giving critical critism for those that apparently have done something wrong and then not give any explanation as to why supplier is wrong or what they were doing wrong. That is something extremely important for the people working on these projects to learn and grow from the mistakes that are being submitted. &lt;p&gt;According to the Diamond project QA team, for Multimango, I don&amp;#39;t need to update anything, as it would be done automatically by the internal. Now when I log in, I don&amp;#39;t get the verification code in my personal email to set up 2FA. I was stuck for more than a week. For raising a ticket in Traini. Zendesk is also not possible for me, as here also the verification code does not get through to proceed further.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please fix the issue so that resuming tasking is possible.&lt;/p&gt;

I have had to send in emails showing them I already read the information and that it isn&amp;#39;t there, and then they refer me back to the same emails I sent them. Zendesk is helpful for &amp;quot;real&amp;quot; technical issues such as loss of access to platforms, password resets, etc, but they do NOT have enough information on the projects to provide meanigful answers related to the material.&lt;/p&gt;

However, I am also having trouble setting up 2FA because I am not receiving a verification code via email from trainai.zendesk.&lt;/div&gt;
